FocusBar
One task at a time. No excuses.
A menu bar app that forces you to actually focus.
Start a session, lock yourself to the apps and tabs you need, and the moment you wander - it blasts audio until you come back.
Hotkey activate
Hit ⌘ ⇧ Space to start or end a session instantly.
App lockdown
Choose which apps and tabs are allowed. Everything else is off-limits for the session.
Audio punishment
Switch away and it blasts audio until you come back. You'll learn quickly.
